Together with the very experienced mountain guide Gunther Unterwurzacher we organise hut and hiking tours to the top of the GrossVenediger. The imposing Großvenediger is the highest peak of the Venediger group in the Hohe Tauern and is strongly glaciated. With an altitude of 3,666m, it is the fourth highest mountain in Austria and the third highest on Austrian territory.

The ascent of the Großvenediger is one of the best known and most beautiful mountain tours in the Eastern Alps. Accompanied by a mountain guide you will experience an unforgettable two-day glacier tour to the top of the Großvenediger. On the first day we reach the Kürsingerhütte (2,558m) via the beautiful Obersulzbachtal. While enjoying a drink, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape and, after a delicious three-course dinner, your well-earned rest. The second day we go up early to reach the top over the gletcher. Of course the experienced mountain guide will make sure that everything happens safely. On to the summit, over a snow ridge the last meters to the summit cross and the spectacular view at an altitude of 3.666 meters.
